If columns are used the items will align verticall. Used on flexbox items to align them vertically in relation to the parent container. It's an extremely common feedback when we hosted their feedback and AMA questions.A set of utility classes that are equivelant to writing the css property vertical-align:middle You can use this on inline and table cell elements.align-(baseline, top, middle, bottom)Īdded to the parent flexbox container to determing how the elements are aligned horizontally.align-content-(start (browser default), end, center, between, around, or stretch)Ĭlass added to flexbox child items to specify if it should align towards the top or bottom of the container (start, end) Literally every single person in my class had it torrented because literally what else could you do.Īnd hopefully Autodesk is now realizing that.

People need to be able to work on their portfolio and this is restricting the entire industry for anyone who's out of school. None of it can justify "hey lemme drop six month's pay on a program" of a college student, or even "Lemme drop a months pay" for many working professionals that want to explore it.Īt $250, at least it's one of those "well if it doesn't work out, I spent more on that gym equipment I never use" I write programs and tools for max to enable that art. I don't make any money with my art - it's purely a hobby and interest. I personally am still on an old ass licenses of 2016 simply because of exactly that. Oh I know a few that do, but I get where you're coming from. People are willing to pay for the product, but it's unfair it's a $2500 product whether you make $5000 a year, or $5,000,000 a year. I don't know anyone who purposefully torrents illegally just because "fuck you".
#BOOTSTRAP STUDIO BOOK SOFTWARE#
Maybe they're worried about "well now it's a licensed version, we have to offer tech support" and other hidden costs that wouldn't exist for a pirated version? I'm really curious what kind of actual benefits you get other than the software by having a real licensed version. I simply cannot see how they would lose money on this. Literally every single person in my class had it torrented because literally what else could you do. What kind of unrealistic bullshit is that. So people graduate from the school, and they legally cannot use the software they just spent years learning, and then they're expected to get hired at a studio.

There is NO way for hobbiyst to use 3Ds Max.

#BOOTSTRAP STUDIO BOOK LICENSE#
But the large majority of those people would absolutely pay for an indie license if it existed.
#BOOTSTRAP STUDIO BOOK TORRENT#
Just from knowing the industry there are so many freelancers and even small studies that torrent it now because it's so expensive.
#BOOTSTRAP STUDIO BOOK FULL#
Let's say the indie license is 1/10th the price of a regular one, for every freelancer who previously actually bought a full license (which is only very successful freelancers), they're gonna have way more than 10 people buy the indie license. With the indie / personal license they will lose $0 with big studies where they literally have 95% of their income at the moment, but they will get so many more people starting to buy the indie license. But at the moment anyone who isn't a big studio uses illegal torrents or a "fake" student version when they aren't a student. Yes, 3Ds Max is a industry standard and they get all their money from big studies. I know it's never easy getting something like this done but as I wrote in my lengthy reply on the feedback post I simply cannot see how they would lose money on this. There are just too many good and cheaper options out there now that they have to act.

I feel like 50/50 stunt and commitment, but I feel like the commitment is because they're getting forced by the market.
